Publish a document

Documents are served at <this host>/cimd/<name>.json. The client_id field is auto-set to the serving URL — per the CIMD draft, they must match.

Lowercase letters, digits, -, _. Must start with a letter or digit.

Published documents

In-memory. Cleared on server restart.
